What you will do
- Develop understanding of Opportunity to Cash business problems and needs
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, program managers, process analysts, and our delivery stakeholders to gather and analyze information that drive understanding of business priorities
- Identify stakeholders and elicit business requirements that will drive solutions for the business
- Support the business readiness delivery throughout the lifecycle of the project including process impacts, training, and communications
- Build process analysis ability
- Help to identify and manage business risks as project continues through phases
- Partner with other teams at Red Hat to collaborate on issues and address improvement opportunities
