This course comprises of based on principals of 10 lectures that are coupled 12 teleconferencing meetings with a therapist qualified in Family-Based Treatment to discuss specific problems and provide guided support. Available to you through this Guided Parental Self-Help Version of Family-Based Treatment is short instructive videos, parental resources (i.e, a BMI calculator and assigned readings), a therapy journal, and access to an online parental support network through discussion forums.
